They tricked me into stealing my money by not making it clear that they were going tk charge me weekly and are refusing to refund me, or even try to check to see if the store can cancel the order that they have plenty of time to cancel. I use standard Gmail, this is something they should have figured out. I dont know why they never had my email verified or told me that I needed to make them a contact. I checked and everything was in spam, except my first email to make a password. I told them I wasnt informed and they said they emailed me. Finally ******* replied through chat and told me I couldnt get the refund even though there is almost a week left until the order. As soon as I saw it on my card I tried to get in touch with then, which was difficult because their phone numbers posted on ****** didnt work and also when I went through their app no one replied. They started charging me and I was not aware. I thought if I signed up for the loyalty reward program that they would allow me to get the shipping option. I tried to figure out how to get shipping since the store was far away.
